When you use images, video, audio or any other media types online it's important you know you have the legal right to use it. Unauthorised use can result in a friendly warning to remove the content, or can possibly land you in legal trouble resulting in a trip to court. We license all third-party media types to you the end user so you can have full peace of mind you're not breaking any copyright laws when using our content.

Every item purchased on this website comes with a single end user licence. You're therefore free to upload any music or stock footage to your website and social media platforms including YouTube. However for audio tracks, broadcast is not allowed. Please contact us if you wish to use the music for broadcast.

Please note you cannot re-sell or re-distribute items purchased on this website under any circumstances.

Broadcasting Rules (TV, Movies, Radio etc.)

Nothing on our websites or licences acts as a waiver in regards to use in broadcast or indie productions. If you intend to use audio tracks for broadcast in Ireland you should first consult the IMRO. For other regions please check your local laws and contact the relevant bodies. Please note if you use audio for broadcast you alone are subject to additional fees which are collected by the IMRO or that are due to any performing artists outside of that body.

Indie Productions

A film not for general theatrical release. "Indie Film" includes a student film, a film distributed on online user generated platforms, and a film festival screening.

Unlawful Use

Items purchased on this website cannot be used on websites or platforms that are deemed unlawful. That includes websites or platforms that contain material which is offensive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or demeaning, or that promotes discrimination. Licences can be terminated for any breaches of the above without notice.
