Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. Payments are processed directly on PayPal's secure servers — we don't have access to nor do we store credit card details.

All video editing and graphic design projects must be paid upfront before we begin work. Large scale customised work and web design projects will require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we start the project.

Please note: Digital downloads are exempt from the minimum cooling-off period of 14 days, therefore all orders are final and non-refundable. However if you've made a genuine mistake with your order please get in touch as soon as possible.
