How We Use Your Data

In order for us to register your domain and hosting it will be necessary to collect your email address, name, address and phone number. These details will then be submitted to our hosting provider and the IEDR. The IEDR and our Irish hosting and domain provider are both based in Ireland and are fully GDPR compliant.

These details are stored on our offline database and are only used to correspond with you in matters regarding your website upkeep and maintenance.

Is My Personal Data Transferred Outside of the European Union?

Yes. Online transactions are processed by PayPal. PayPal is fully GDPR compliant.

All online payments are processed securely with PayPal. It is necessary in order to process your card payment to collect your name, address and card details. These are processed securely on PayPal's servers. PayPal is fully GDPR compliant. Payments will appear on your statement as Phoenix Media Website Services.
