Before any optimisation can work, your site needs to be technically solid. Phase 1 builds the foundation Google needs to read, trust, and rank your site.
Once Phase 1 is complete we monitor using Google Search Console for 6–8 weeks. This gives the foundation time to settle and begins generating real data specific to your site and audience.
After 6–8 weeks of live data we know things no keyword tool can tell you — which queries are generating impressions, which pages are sitting at positions 4–15 just off page one, which meta descriptions have high impressions but low click-through rates.
We monitor again for 6–8 weeks before moving to Phase 3.
This phase refines existing content, fills any remaining gaps, and adjusts strategy based on what the real-world data is now showing. By this point you have a site with a solid technical foundation, content built around proven demand, and a clear picture of what is working and why.
